Is this 'pigeon'? Looks so good for left piriformis and right psoas/iliacus. Assume you did the other side too. Have to get you more widely distributed, Pua.
ReplyDeleteyes, it is 'pigeon' pose, 'kapotasana' in Sanskrit. & yes, it is very good for piriformis, psoas & iliacus. & yes, i did both sides. i am impressed with your knowledge of anatomy Brad!
