Pua La`a is a highly skilled & experienced professional dancer. Her unique

style & mastery of technique creates an enriched multi-faceted learning envi-

ronment. She has trained extensively in hula, tahitian, chinese dance, martial

arts, acrobatics, yoga, tai ji, qi gong, middle eastern belly dance, and ﬁre

dancing.

She has performed professionally world wide; as a soloist and with numerous

dance troupes in a variety of genres.

Pua La’a is a certiﬁed yoga instructor, a licensed masseuse & a certiﬁed Rolf

Method Structural Integration Practitioner. Her in-depth studies allow for a

holistic & therapeutic approach in her teaching; which is grounded in proper

alignment while infused with love & creative inspiration.
